Common questions
Who will I deal with for the DJ or dhol booking?
Us. Where an element is delivered with the support of our trusted partners, we manage the booking and coordination and remain your single point of contact.
How do I secure my date?
Your booking is confirmed once we receive your signed quote (or written confirmation) and a non-refundable booking deposit (£75 for stages, backdrops and signage; £100 per service for lighting, entertainment and other add-ons). Until then the date is not held. A separate, refundable £75 Damage Deposit also applies to every booking. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Can you provide insurance documents for my venue?
Yes. We hold public liability insurance with cover up to £5,000,000, and proof of insurance is available on request for venues that require it.
