Hi everybody, my name is Azeem and I'm the founder of Stages & Co. I want to see exactly what we've done. Lovely customer of ours, so let's start. I've got… Beautiful wedding lights, warm and white, from the top to the bottom, Archway round the door as well. Come through, I want to take you to the garden with us. Marquees in the garden, not one, two, OK? So we've got one 6 x 3 marquee. So the 6 x 3 marquee is simply for the food station, OK? So this is where the food will be served. Guests pick up the food. And they walk through to the main: three long rectangle tables, there's going to be cloths put on them. We've got a few seats on the side, we've got chiavari chairs. Come through. This is the main guy. Let me show you: we've got a lovely 9 x 6 marquee. We've got a beautiful stage in the back, chandelier lights. We've got ivory pleated lining as well, and this is the stage here, guys. It was a male customer, so he said he wanted less flowers, a bit more bold colours, less decoration. Common questions

Do I need power near the stage for lighting?

Usually, yes. We'll ask about power access when planning and note it in your confirmed design, so set-up runs smoothly on the day.

Can lighting be booked without a stage?

Yes. Lighting can be booked on its own or alongside staging, marquees and other services.

How do I secure my date?

Your booking is confirmed once we receive your signed quote (or written confirmation) and a non-refundable booking deposit (£75 for stages, backdrops and signage; £100 per service for lighting, entertainment and other add-ons). Until then the date is not held. A separate, refundable £75 Damage Deposit also applies to every booking. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Can you provide insurance documents for my venue?

Yes. We hold public liability insurance with cover up to £5,000,000, and proof of insurance is available on request for venues that require it.
