Common questions
Is candy floss suitable for children's and family events?
Yes, it's one of the most popular choices for family celebrations, birthdays and baby showers.
How do I secure my date?
Your booking is confirmed once we receive your signed quote (or written confirmation) and a non-refundable booking deposit (£75 for stages, backdrops and signage; £100 per service for lighting, entertainment and other add-ons). Until then the date is not held. A separate, refundable £75 Damage Deposit also applies to every booking. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Can you provide insurance documents for my venue?
Yes. We hold public liability insurance with cover up to £5,000,000, and proof of insurance is available on request for venues that require it.
