Common questions
Can the pancake station run alongside other food stations?
Yes. Choose all the stations you'd like on the enquiry form and we'll coordinate them together.
How do I secure my date?
Your booking is confirmed once we receive your signed quote (or written confirmation) and a non-refundable booking deposit (£75 for stages, backdrops and signage; £100 per service for lighting, entertainment and other add-ons). Until then the date is not held. A separate, refundable £75 Damage Deposit also applies to every booking. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Can you provide insurance documents for my venue?
Yes. We hold public liability insurance with cover up to £5,000,000, and proof of insurance is available on request for venues that require it.
