Common questions
How many food stations should I book?
It depends on your guest count and how long the event runs. Tell us about your event and we'll recommend a combination that works.
How do I secure my date?
Your booking is confirmed once we receive your signed quote (or written confirmation) and a non-refundable booking deposit (£75 for stages, backdrops and signage; £100 per service for lighting, entertainment and other add-ons). Until then the date is not held. A separate, refundable £75 Damage Deposit also applies to every booking. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Can you provide insurance documents for my venue?
Yes. We hold public liability insurance with cover up to £5,000,000, and proof of insurance is available on request for venues that require it.
