Common questions
Can I combine a chocolate fountain with other food stations?
Yes. Many customers combine stations. Select every service you're interested in on the enquiry form and we'll put together one proposal.
How do I secure my date?
Your booking is confirmed once we receive your signed quote (or written confirmation) and a non-refundable booking deposit (£75 for stages, backdrops and signage; £100 per service for lighting, entertainment and other add-ons). Until then the date is not held. A separate, refundable £75 Damage Deposit also applies to every booking. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Can you provide insurance documents for my venue?
Yes. We hold public liability insurance with cover up to £5,000,000, and proof of insurance is available on request for venues that require it.
